Rule Numero Uno never skip Leg Day

Most noteworthy, Workthathealth.com recognize that leg day was staple for every woman around the world. Certainly the need for flawless legs is a must in your favorite leggings. Furthermore, WorkthatHeatlh called upon three lady’s that are currently students at SFSU from abroad (Spain and Australia) to demonstrate a few workouts. As a result, Cristina Diaz, Cristina Gomez and Tanya Loucas made sure to inform me that ‘Rule Numero Uno, is to never skip leg day” and also to motivate yourself regardless of what you are going through because in the end, you are going to love yourself for it. 

Directions

First of all, the lady’s will be activating their legs, preparation is key for any workout, stretching and making sure that your legs are ready for the adventure they are about to take. Above all warm-ups will consist of 3 sets and 10-15 reps depending on how long you take to warm – up. Even more you will be the judge of your own body, whatever you decide, make sure that it counts. Certainly don’t cheat yourself, treat yourself. Finally, understanding that your body’s responses to these activation workouts will significantly help with muscles grow in your lower extremities. After completing the activation, it is that time, jumping head first into our workouts that are going to define your legs.

Kickbacks – 3 sets of 10-15 reps

Hip Trusts –  3 sets of 10-15 reps 

Lunges – 3 sets of 10-15 reps 

Back Extensions – 3 sets of 15 reps 

Furthermore, do these workouts at your own pace. Understanding that everyone doesn’t bend or twist in the same way can lead to better results.
