Lemon Pepper Chicken:
Choose any part of the chicken that you like in any style, whether it is thighs, breasts, or drumsticks. You can even have boneless and skinless, but if you have it without bones or skin. I would recommend that you add either chicken broth to your pan or water to make sure the chicken does not dry out. I am going to use chicken quarters for this recipe, but feel free to change it up if you want.
- 2-4 chicken quarters
- 1 tablespoon of lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 lemon squeezed
- chopped parsley
Always wash the chicken first before you do anything with it . You want to preheat your over to 350 degrees. Place your chicken into your a bowl, then add the squeezed lemon juice all over the chicken. sprinkle the teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning in the bowl and add the 1/2 tablespoon of salt. make sure the seasonings are distributed evenly throughout the chicken, then move the chicken pieces to the pan. After you have completed that, you can then add the minced garlic and the oregano leaves. Place the pan in the oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and the inside is not pink or red.
Place the chicken on a serving plate when it is finished, top it off with parsley and serve.
